A beautiful historical artifact and sculptural conversation piece. The cast iron pharmacy or apothecary cork roller tool dates back to the late 19th century. Until the 1930s, corks were used to seal bottles of medicine. The cork press would be used to press and mold the cork in order to fit the bottle top.
